Searching for Santa Fe Real Estate Opportunities

Our Marketing Department has been working tirelessly on a whole new assortment of real estate tools for 2010. Most importantly of all our web site. We have been listening to buyers, sellers and REALTORS alike when it came to feedback on our new site.

New and Improved Search:

Search by Area
Search by Neighborhood
Search by Partial Addresses
Search by MLS#
Hot links to pre-defined search criteria
Advanced Search options for the detail oriented investor

Also check out the new “Favorites” feature. Save listings as you search and make a list of your favorites, it’s that simple. You can go back and compare all the listings you’ve chose and edit your list down to the home, land or commercial investment that suites you best.

3 Property Views (new)

So you’ve done a search and are now looking at the results. You have 3 options to view the listings – Gallery, List or Map. Take advantage of the Gallery view with it’s instant image navigation. Not your style, ok, check out the the list view for quick detail reference. To many to choose from in the List view, not a problem. Select “Save to Favorites” and at the bottom of the list your saved homes will be stored in a comparison box. Add, delete and narrow your list to present to friends, family or your broker. Let’s just say you’ve found the neighborhood you want to live in but you’re having trouble deciding which location is the one for you, use the Map view. With the map view you can use the amenities tab and see what sort of restaraunts, banks, cofee shops and other services are in your future neighborhood.
